Sign in with Google Workspace: Staff sign in with Google Workspace. Your administrator allow-lists the school domain, so new staff join the right organisation without waiting for an invite.
Or use an email address: Staff without a school account can sign in with an email address and password. The password is checked against known breach data before it's accepted.
Two-factor authentication for the whole school: Use an authenticator app with backup codes. It is mandatory for every administrator, and one setting turns it on for everyone.
