Browsing this website does not require an account and does not send us any information about you. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to share with us — for example, your name, school and contact details when you submit the contact form, or your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry or send you the updates you asked for. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

The site can use optional analytics and marketing tags, but they are disabled until you choose to allow the relevant category in the consent settings. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 may measure page views and non-sensitive interactions, while Meta Pixel may measure marketing interactions. These services may set cookies or use similar storage after consent. We do not send contact-form fields, email addresses, school names or pupil information to these services.

Children's information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. MeritDocs does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 through this website.
